This roughing call is about as weak as it gets. By the book, it may be illegal as he touched the helmet. But this is a joke. Fast game, violent game. He gets the shoulder and grazed the helmet. Have some feel.

Washington let the Eagles throw all they wanted underneath and they picked up 69 meaningless yards to end the game.
Thoughts
The stupid penalties and mental mistakes continue after the bye week which is inexcusable. Chassion with 30 yards of penalties and negated a turnover.
Washington won mostly because they made fewer mistakes than the Eagles.
They did get 10 points off of turnovers which always helps. They also had no scores negated by a penalty in this game.
I expected a more polished performance after the bye week and Dan Quinn’s claim on renewed focus to reduce error, but the team looked very rusty in the first quarter but “dominated” the rest of the game, outscoring the Eagles 27-0.
Best run of the night…
Rachaad takes it 33 yards inside the 5!
