The Season in a Snap – Week 4

Week 4 saw a bounce back performance from Dwayne Haskins – he wasn’t perfect, but he was better than the week before. Haskins didn’t generate turnovers and he completed 71% of his passes. The fact that he was able to bounce back after the poor performance and intense media pressure showed some fortitude. However, that wasn’t enough for him to keep the starting job. Kyle Allen is your quarterback this week against the Rams and Alex Smith the number two.
The New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys both lost, while the Philadelphia Eagles beat the San Francisco 49ers. The NFC East standings are the Eagles in first place (thanks to their tie against the Bengals), followed by the WFT and Cowboys with the winless Giants in last place.
This week the WFT are a 7.5-point underdog this week at home against the Rams. The over/under is 45 points. I have the Rams as my pick to win this week. Maybe Kyle Allen will provide the consistency at QB to spark a win over the Rams, who have to travel to the East coast for this game. Based on his performance in Carolina last year, I’m not betting the house on it.
