The Season in a Snap – Week 3

By Noonefromtampa

Week 3 saw Dwayne Haskins’ worst performance since last season. He was responsible for four turnovers which led to 24 points for the Cleveland Browns. A young team such as the Washington Football Team (WFT) cannot overcome gifting another team 24 points. The better news about the game was that the Team did not dig itself into a big hole to start the game, WFT actually stopped the Browns from scoring on their first drive, a first so far this season. They then scored on its second possession of the game to take a 7-0 lead, another first for the team this season.

The New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys both lost, while the Philadelphia Eagles tied with the Cincinnati Bengals. That leaves WFT in first place with the Cowboys at 1-2 with the Eagles in third and the Giants in last place.

This week the WFT are a 13-point underdog at home. The over/under is 45.5 points. The Ravens are my pick to win this week.

Cynthia Frelund, the statistical analyst at the NFL Network gives the Ravens an 80% chance of winning with a predicted score of 30-16.
