Free Agency Tracker 2026

Hello everyone, and welcome to the second unofficial day of free agency for the 2026 NFL league year! Here, we’ll keep track of all of Washington’s free agency moves as best we can, including all of the players signed by the team, as well as those players who are departing.
The moves allegedly made already, during the legal tampering period are:
Robertson has mostly played in the slot over the last few years of his career, he has appeared in 85 games and had 35 starts in his 6 NFL seasons. He should allow the team to move Mike Sainristil to the outside.
Edge rusher with 7.5 sacks in 2025 was traded from the Baltimore Ravens to the LA Chargers. He’s 27 years old, and hopefully entering the prime years of his career. His best season was 2024, when he had 10 sacks. He is known to have some elite athletic qualities.
Washington brings back their former draft pick. He will hopefully be able to fill the nose tackle position in their new look defense. Settle has been in the league for 8 years now but he still is just 28 years old.
Marcus Mariota
Washington is bringing back its backup quarterback. Mariota is the perfect backup to starter Jayden Daniels and seamlessly fits into the offense – at least the one run by former offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury – so this is the least surprising move of the offseason.
In addition, Washington also extended the contracts of star left tackle Laremy Tunsil and center Nick Allegretti.
